At COLTI, we have always believed that “one size does not fit all”.
That is why we always do tailored courses within especially leadership training, team training, stress management for leaders and of course leadership coaching. We do this because we experience that all companies are different, the departments are different, and people are different AND IT DOESN’T COST EXTRA!
We normally work systemically, based on an appreciative approach to create a safe framework for maximum development of the participants. Of course, we also have the tools to address the difficult topics where there is a need for a more direct communication of the messages.
The practical details
When you contact us in connection with a course, we will take a short conversation about what your specific challenges are, coordinate content, desired benefits and practical things about the course location and duration.
Next, you will receive a written offer from us, where we describe the course content, the benefits and what is included in the set price for the course, including terms and conditions. WE DO ALL THIS WITHOUT CHARGING ANYTHING.
When you, after possible adjustments and corrections approve the proposal, it is considered an order approval. Invoices will be sent after the course, unless special conditions, such as outlays, apply.
Online courses must be paid upon registration, and otherwise follow the trading conditions that appear on the website.
